IHDD? Stands for "Is Harvey Two-Face Dead?"
We know that Harvey Dent "died" as far as the public is concerned; just because Harvey fell from such a high height doesn't immediately mean that he's dead.
Case-in-point, a recent blurb on Comic Book Resources:
To my way of thinking, Harvey Two-Face is in Arkham's (or any other institution) hospital recovering from his fall.
Would you want to see Harvey Two-Face again if the opportunity came about?

I think Two-Face is dead, even though I don't want him to be.
The script and official novelization say that he's dead, with his neck broken. In a Creative Screenwriting podcast interview with Jonathan Nolan, they discuss how "Batman killed Two-Face." They also asked Maggie Gyllenhaal if she wanted to be in the sequel and she said the same thing. Of course, you could argue that since Eckhart said this after the film was released, he'd be indicating that Harvey survived, but to me, she and Eckhart were covering up their deaths. After all, I don't think Liam Neeson ever talked about playing Ra's Al Ghul...

Ironically, I could figure out the Ra's al Ghul thing but I guess I couldn't figure out the Two-Face thing
