There's pretty much only one actress in my mind's eye that I would like to see in the sequel; Carrie-Anne Moss. She's worked with Nolan before (2001's "Memento"), she's tough yet gentle, and looks good in black ;D
Who would you like to see play Catwoman if the character was picked?

I've had several ideas for Catwoman, including Kate Beckinsale, Carrie, etc. One that struck me recently was Mila Jovavich. I abvery *friendly* personely hated all but one of the Resident Evil films, but I loved her as Alice. not only is she a good actor, but she'd certainly look good in skintight leather ;D

Based on what I've seen her in (which, admittedly, isn't much), I wouldn't completely write her off. Personally, she doesn't really seem too threatening to me (which Catwoman should be, to a certain extent), but hey, Aaron Eckhart was the same to me prior to The Dark Knight Who knows?

Even if that wasn't what he meant, I would personally prefer a new villain "set" than rehashing the Penguin/Catwoman team-up from Batman: The Movie and Batman Returns.
With that being said, as long as the villain is believable, I'm up for anything
