man is it me or has batman been reinvented in almost every decade? wish they would ditch the donner era and start a new one with Superman...forget the realism people it's an alien who can fly...let's see how wacked out we can make him...put Krypto in the movie and maybe Comet the super horse??

I'll pass on the super-pets. However, you've hit on something that makes Batman amazing; DC has allowed the character to substantially grow and to evolve from his origins. The same can't be said for too many of both DC's and Marvel's characters.
