I would have to say its a three way tie for me between The Joker, Two-Face, and Lucifer; all for there own reasons and I'll work my way backwards through them just due to some of them needed some clarity in my own reasoning. Lucifer from The Sandman mainly because when push comes to shove he did the most evil thing he could.... shut down Hell letting all the demons free and retire to run a night club while Dream had to figure out what to do with his new property. Two-Face is a little more obvious.... he's easy to identify with as the graphic portrayal of the duality of human existence. And that leaves the joker, the sadistic crown prince of crime, what can i say that hasn't been said other than that they really need to just release a poster that is a line up of the character in his different incarnations from his first appearance to how he appears in The Dark Knight, he's just that great of a villain. Now you've given me another reason to check out the Sandman comics ;D The best compliment I heard about the Joker was from David Letterman when he said that the Joker is so strong of a character from The Dark Knight that he deserves/deserved his own film.

Bizarro is another cool villain just cause he's a mirror of...excuse me...the strongest Superhero in DC...I mean he doesn't care what he does as long as it makes him happy...in Infinite Crisis when the Secret Society bamboozled the Freedom Fighters and he's just smashing his way thru the Human Bomb cause he likes the pretty lights everytime he explodes from contact until there is no more lights was awesome!!!

Did he talk backwards though? That's the only thing I hate about the character; I like the almost 4-year old mentality that you described in his actions though... He's a god on earth with the mind of a child.

LOL, wow.
bouncing back to AII's poster concept, yeah, that'd be cool.
bouncing forward again. dd, you scare me sometimes, you know that? bizarro? okiedokie... most powerful one? Hardly. Ivy's way more powerful. maybe not brute force, but for shere raw power, definitely.
Hey, harley! good to have you back! what about calander man?

I'm partial to the Matt Hagen Clayface due to my unabashed love of Batman: The Animated SeriesI'm not sure I'm familiar with Ultron though...
