^ Yeah, definitely. He was perfect. There were several times in which you could just believe in the character as a broken human being. Like *SPOILERS*: - When he breaks into tears upon hearing his daughter's voice on the phone - His horrified look and haunted gasp after the dead guard falls into the swimming pool. I can't get over how completely terrified and guilt-ridden he showed himself to be within such a short amount of time. - His weary look when the two soldiers demand to shake his hand and say that it's an honor for them to meet him. And those are only a few examples. And great examples at that. Actors/actresses that can portray half of the role in their eyes instantly spark interest in me. Spoilers* the example that you said that really left a huge impact on me was his reaction to hearing his daughter. I could see like four or five different thoughts thru his reaction. Regret, happiness, sadness, fear. it was amazing.

Definitely. I thought it was also pretty unexpected. When he suddenly started, I was like, "Wow." But it was absolutely believable. I can easily imagine someone attempting to pull it off, but coming across as "acting" and not actually crying.

It's still around in theaters over here....in California. No idea about your local theaters. If you can find it and have the time, try to go see it.
