My theory of villain survival? For the Joker, he uses his comic-effect inflatable pants and bounces higher than the Smilex-gas balloons. For Two-Face, I'm not sure how that would work out

Well, this bring up an interesting issue on defining a ripoff since I'm pretty much prepping to do a Batman Begins-Batman: The Animated Series Comparison thread, in which visuals, scenes, and plots were somewhat similar. Is taking something from another adaptation and adding more to it for your own adaptation a rip off? Or is it simply allowing elements from one interpretation to be the stepping stone for you to form your own one? I felt that Dr. Crane not only helped to define what a ripoff was (I can honestly say that my *"Gestalt" kicked in), but did it in a way that it wasn't insulting; great job! *Note: "Gestalt" is a psychology term in which an individual's brain sees the entire picture instead of individual pieces. In the context of this post, it relates to how the individual is aware of the meaning within the mind, but has not communicated it effectively towards others.

The Penguin is still human, albeit a deformed one. He does have red blood on his face and flippers. So what is it? It's probably bile Priceless ;D

Well, it seems like just about anyone can jump on the Marvel Comics whiny-teens bandwagon and claim that "tehy are te gratest!" I'm not especially fond of the whole "the world hates us" mentality. Doesn't if bug anyone that the only real thing "The Man" ever did was create a completely conceited hero who wouldn't even help fight crime until he let his uncle die? Oh, and how many heart attacks has May had? Wow, that's playing the numbers... I'd take her to Vegas... Anyhoo, Marvel does have its ups and downs, but this site was primarily made for DC. I enjoy the Avengers and jazz, but it's not entirely fair to claim ALL Marvel heroes are superior to their DC counterparts. Makes me laugh every time
