One thing they should keep in mind about Killer Croc- if they're going to attribute his look to a skin condition, it better look like a skin condition. A lot of Killer Croc versions I've seen look like the Lizard from Spider-Man. There's no way that THAT is a skin condition. Either give a more appropriate explanation or change the look to fit the origin better. As for Robin, the issue of the suit comes in- It's obvious that we won't see the elf boots, the bare legs, or green speedo anytime soon. I think Tim Drake's current one would look awesome as the Robin suit in live action: www.dccomics.com/heroes_and_villains/?hv=origin_stories/robinI think it needs a bit of dark green (not just for tradition's sake, but also 'cause he's named after Robin Hood). But then, there's the whole problem with that domino mask, though- IT DOESN'T HIDE THE PERSON BENEATH! Plus, Batman's head is properly protected, but his protege's isn't? Then again, using a full cowl, like with Red Robin in the comics, would differ greatly from the source material's aesthetic.

One thing they should keep in mind about Killer Croc- if they're going to attribute his look to a skin condition, it better look like a skin condition. What's even worse is when someone tries to make it look like a skin condition but fails to resemble even a crocodile; IMO, see, " Batman: The Animated Series" seasons prior to season 4. Exactly; if Nolan and Co., can explain Croc better than the comics, by all means, retcon him. Yeah... It barely worked for the 60's series. I like the new costume as well, but with a darker sage color in some areas as a nod to the original costume. Or, the domino mask could be a plot element; Robin, being youthful and eager, wants to fight the criminal element hand-to-hand instead of sticking to the shadows. As such, he could have a greater chance of being photographed or identified by someone.

^ That would make sense. My next issue would be why Bruce would allow that, haha. I understand that he allows Dick to be Robin as an outlet that he never had at that age, but I also imagine that he wants his ward to be properly protected, both from injury and from exposure. What I'd like to explore, really, are plausible explanations that would make sense for Bruce's character to make regarding this, rather, flamboyant side of Robin. I love the part in Batgirl: Year One in which Batman refers to Robin being the "good cop" to Batman's "bad cop" due to the difference in their color schemes.

As long as there's less green and more red like in "The New Batman Adventures" or the current comics, I'm sold on the design
