Re-sized the forum width...Added a new feature where you can change the banner displayed at the top of the screen to a banner of your choosing!

Changed the layout of the mini-profiles, added the ability for the banner to scroll, made the welcome table transparent, and added new HTML to the bottom of the screen...

Changed the layout of the site by deleting 14+ boards/ sub-boards, moved boards around, changed names, added new features, fixed/ deleted HTML...

Just added new avatars for any member to use here at DC! Yes, they are a tad "odd", but I believe that diversity and obscurity can work well together... ;D
