With the arrival of Batman Beyond Season 1 DVDs this March, I just thought that it would be interesting to see which series is more popular with the members here at DC...
I'm going to have to go with Batman Beyond; it was brand-new in concept in terms of a superhero show, yet it held enough of the "old-school" sense of the Batman cartoons from the early 1990's...

^Yes, I agree. It had a great "What If" concept to it. I'm excited to see they've decided to put "Batman Beyond" on DVD. I downloaded the 3rd season out of desperation.

I prefer Beyond because it is not the same Batman and it is well done, all things considered.

I also liked Beyond better, but the whole concept of Terry's the new Batman but he's also a teenager how's he gonna handle his daily life storylines turned me off the show a bit

I loved Batman Beyond. In no way does the Batman match up to it. I will absolutely attain Batman Beyond DVD.

Batman Beyond is amazing; it has the continuity and classic Timm/Dini style! However The Batman is fresh - different - new! I like it alot - the new character designs however as i have yet to see the 3rd season {i hate the uk!} i will go with Batman Beyond but i love The Batman just as much!!

that was a tough decision as I love both shows dearly. But Batman Beyond got my vote. It was an unexpected breath of fresh air after the regular BTAS. Highly creative & i loved the stories & character designs. Although I love That Batman i have to say BB for pure creativity. & the fact that if it was said that Batman existed from 39 ( in the show) then Bruce would be about 130 years old. Giv'er take afew

As much as i like The Batman i like Batman Beyond much better, and The Batman's gone done down quite a bit with some of the episodes in S3

I don't know. I initially didn't like either of them when they came out. I think for the first season, Batman Beyond gets it. But for season 2, I would go for The Batman. So I'm not going to vote because they both brought something fresh and cool to the table and I'm just glad we got both.

They both stink, but if I had to choose one, then at least Batman Beyond is a little easier on the eyes and mind. I still prefer the original stuff tho'
