Anyone else here like Green Arrow? He is the best/ literal incarnation of "Robin Hood" in modern comics (even when compared to Marvel's Hawkeye...) That, and since the '70's he's been championing social causes or fighting facists...Wait'a'go Green-Arrow! ;D

Green Arrow is one of my favorites. I would like for him to get his own animated series or movie (or both). I don't read comics, so I couldn't name one of his villains, but I think that he is an awesome character. One great thing is that he is opinionated an a really "grounded" character. Green Arrow is a little below Nightwing and Batman as far my favorites, but it is up there in the same class as far as I'm concerned.

^ You want to know what kind of a team-up story I would like to see? Nightwing and Green Arrow; both are "pro's" at what they do, but Nightwing was trained by one of the few men that can "freak out" Green Arrow/ rub him the wrong way, so-to-speak...You would have this unspoken tension as neither is really into talking, although if events work out for the better they could probably engage in a stimulating conversation...

I'm not as well-versed with Green Arrow as I am with Batman characters...Any who, do you any names of major Green Lantern villains? I cannot remember any of them for the life of me...

Sinestro, and I learned about Parallax from reading a Wizard. That is weird. 4 main Green Lanterns and for the most part, they don't have any memorable villains.

You know when i started reading comics i hated Green Arrow for some reason. But then JLU came in and he started to grow on me. Identity Crisis rolled around and i got a soft spot for him. Now i like him. He's up there in my top five favorite heroes now. He's a fun character and the most humanized hero out there. He knows his limits and knows that he can't stack up against any of the other guys but still pushes it. Most of all he's a hero but still a flawed man. I mean last summer in JLE he was caught with Manitou Raven's wife, which not only makes him the ballsiest guy i know for having an affair with a medicine man's wife but b/c he's had to deal with the reprecussions of his actions. It bothered him deeply.
And now i've began to pick up GA issues now.
^and DH so you know some of his villains...Most recently there was Deathstroke, Meryln & Doctor Light (but they have some infinite crisis connections but i do believe they are returning villains). Catman had some connections to him but now he just supplied GA with some Info on the society of villains. Deadshot has dealt with him tons of times in the past but most recently Deadshot kept the ghettos ran by the gangs clean for his daughter and her mother. Also some other baddies are Onomotapia (however that one's spelled), an old guy that resurrected Ollie and tried to raise some demon, and Shadu (i think that's the spelling) who was an assassin that GA got a little friendly with and soon came a son (tho i don't believe that's conner quite yet). But those are the ones i know of for now...

Red Dart, Rainbow Archer, The Roper and Slingshop are the only others that I can think of.
